Process student enrollment data from Excel files

How it works
This module processes student enrollment Excel files and automatically updates the following fields:
  • TEM_INSERT_IAE_ETP_1/2/3: Sets to 'O' when corresponding Code Etape has a value
  • Temoin_Etape1_Pemiere: Sets to 'O' when Code Etape_1 has a value, otherwise null
  • Temoin_Etape2_Pemiere: Sets to 'N' when Code Etape_1 and Code Etape_2 both have values, 'O' when only Code Etape_2 has a value
  • Temoin_Etape3_Pemiere: Sets to 'N' when higher steps have values, 'O' when only Code Etape_3 has a value
